Four servers is a lot, especially since they had to explain things. Honestly, the menu was a bit chaotic every time. I've been coming here for 50 years, and this is the first time I've been disappointed.

I forgot my handbag, and a very kind young man (a waiter) set it aside for me. I wanted to give him a tip to thank him, but he refused. I wanted to thank him because his professionalism was very rare these days. Hoping he recognizes himself, thank you.

I wanted to leave a very positive review for Jordan at McDonald’s Essey. Despite a few minutes' wait to finalize my order, he remained very friendly, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire service. It's truly wonderful to encounter someone so dedicated and kind.
