They forgot a sandwich in my order; they practically treated me like a scammer. They checked my bag and the receipt, and of course, no apology!
And the sandwich was cold! So much negligence. What is management doing?

When you go to McDonald's, you know what you and your children are eating, so I'm not rating it based on that.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The restaurant is clean.
Note that there are no restrooms available for customers; you'll have to use the ones in the mall.
This restaurant is packed during peak hours, with a wait outside, but it's slightly empty at other times, so plan your visit accordingly.
The Happy Meal books are educational and high-quality, from the Hachette Jeunesse collection, telling stories based on famous works of art.

Only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were lit, and I waited 45 minutes for two meals.
The burgers are good quality and the fries are hot, but the problem is the endless wait.
I recommend it if you're not in a hurry.

Declining quality (products and services):
This McDonald's clearly prioritizes drive-thru and Uber likes over dine-in customers.
"Table service" has become very slow, and the dining room is less well-maintained than before... Not to mention the restrooms that have been closed for months!
Well, it does have the advantage that no one uses the dining room anymore, and the tables are empty... I miss the days when we used to see families... what a shame!
@Manager: Have your establishment's attributes changed in Google Map, as it indicates that you don't serve dine-in customers, which could explain the lack of visitors to your dining room.
