"A long-time customer, but I must admit I've been a little disappointed lately. While I still love their fries and classic burgers, I find the quality is steadily declining, and it's losing its appeal. As for the play area, I don't have fond memories of it from my childhood; it was a bit 'too much' (too noisy, too crowded). It's still convenient for a quick bite, but the experience isn't the same as it used to be."

Once again, the meal was served cold. They forgot a sandwich in my order; they practically treated me like a scammer. They checked my bag and the receipt, and of course, no apology! And the sandwich was cold! So much negligence. What is management doing?

08/03/2026: Still my favorite place for rotisserie. I came to eat in to try their catering too, and I wasn't disappointed with my Loc Lac; good value for money.
