McDonald's sur Montpellier

Here too, as almost everywhere, the fries were cold after several requests. Portion 4 was finally fresh and warm, and thank you for that. It should have been like that from the start; it would have been perfect.

Excellent welcome, very friendly staff

First time I've been served a hot, flat Coke...

There was a young guy with a hairnet over his beard and a bun who asked me which Spiderman figurine I collected and gave me the right one. He was really nice, I highly recommend him.

Everything needs to be reviewed, and you'd better check everything when placing your order. The staff is robotic; all that's missing is an on/off switch. (Good, friendly service staff are very rare, and those I do encounter, I encourage them not to work themselves to death and to maintain a professional attitude.) The minimum service provided to customers needs improvement. You have to ask for everything, right down to the straw or the child's ice cream cone, which is very poorly filled because he only put a teaspoon of ice cream inside (€2.50) and put the lid back on. This means they should even check the contents of your child's order. I mention the contents because this has happened to me several times with your takeaway order; you'd better check everything. Restaurant staff who can't even clean a used table should simply find another line of work. I speak from experience, because this has happened to me several times, even every time I go to this restaurant. What a shame...

Thanks to Ryan at the drive-thru who was able to correct my mistake when I placed my order, very kind!

Excellent restaurant, the McChicken was cooked perfectly. After a great, boozy evening, I was able to soak it all up. Thanks, Donald!

When you're abroad, it's always a given. The idea of using reusable hard plastic instead of disposable paper is a great one.

The fries were cold and soggy. The tables and floor in the outdoor area were dirty, hence the ants everywhere.

Today, vanilla sundae ice cream to go without a lid 🫤 and without the toasted hazelnuts... Disappointment
