We arrived at the drive-thru on Thursday evening at 10:55 PM. We received a warm welcome, the food was very well prepared, and everyone was smiling. So, congratulations to the team!

It really depends on the staff because the food is the same everywhere... I had a bad experience once with a kid who thought it was his dad's McDonald's. On a €20 order, I asked for an extra sauce, and he told me I already had one and it would be extra! Also, the air conditioning all year round—something needs to be done about that!

It was a busy day and time. The service was a bit slow for this establishment, and not great (the cheese wasn't melted), however, it's the first time this has happened to me. It's not a disaster, but they could do better.

20/01/2026: I already knew this place and was satisfied a few years ago. I came back today and I'm still just as happy. Fast service, very good taste (the meat and fries), very generous portions. I highly recommend it! 😉
12/12/2025: Thank you so much Recep for your hospitality! We originally came to La Monnerie but stopped in Thiers just to eat at your place, despite the 40-minute drive from our home in Clermont-Ferrand. It was still as good as ever and piping hot! 👍 I highly recommend it, it's delicious, not disappointed at all, once again! 👌
