It's still a fast-food restaurant 😉

Yes, the toilets aren't clean, but I've seen customers behaving worse than pigs, right after employees had cleaned them: "It's their job," that's what I heard. Yes, the hamburgers aren't like the ones in the commercials. But I've seen customers yelling at the employees because: "I ordered four minutes ago, hurry up!" Yes, the tables aren't cleared. But still, if you can read even a little, you just have to remove the tray (there are even drawings! Drawings... even that...). Yes, it's sometimes frozen, there are mistakes. But oh! Humans! Look at the lobotomized ones! Look up from your phone! First, say hello to the poor kids who work there: "Ohhh, miracle, they're human too!" And attack the bigwigs in this company! No, no, not the minimum-wage workers who work like crazy! No!.... Use your phone for something useful for once and denounce the McDonald's executives!

Toilets were filthy. Well below the corporate standard. Manager and duty manager need to improve the cleanliness of the toilets.

Products as ordered, quite a long wait despite a team of around 15 people, lack of organization

The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, especially since we came in the morning, at opening time.

For a McDonald's, the service is excellent! The team is super friendly, efficient and fast.

I'm extremely satisfied with my visit to this McDonald's. Customers often comment on the cleanliness of the restrooms, but I think these restrooms should be respected by users who sometimes allow themselves to do awful and disgusting things because it's not their home... As for the service, I dealt with very friendly people who did their best. Everything in the order was there and piping hot, which is exactly what I expect from McDonald's: comfort food. Bonus points to Zoé, the person who served us :)
