McDonald's sur Poitiers

It's getting worse and worse. The cups smell of dish soap. Noisy with the beeping of the chip baskets.

We ate there. Service was quick. However, one of the trays was dirty. If the trays are dirty, I wonder what state the other three are in. The McCourly, on the other hand, was very full.

Super fast and really efficient service. They're always smiling. Thanks again to Ilène and Clovis for their kindness and excellent service at the drive-thru!

The welcome was warm and the service very pleasant, with a smile from the waitress. As for the burgers, they were cold.

I had made a mistake in my request, but the hostess was able to help me. Quick, efficient, and competent. Clean place.

It's a very nice McDonald's, ideally located when you're coming from the A28 or the A11. With plenty of electric car charging stations nearby.

For once, I went downstairs to get my food inside. I had a problem with my loyalty card, and Améthys helped me with the process because, unfortunately, they couldn't handle it. Between serving other customers, she came to check on the progress. This young woman was very helpful. I thanked her for her assistance. While my order was being prepared, I was able to observe the other servers and the kitchen staff. There's no communication; some of them look glum. There's a real lack of smiles, so they either get yelled at in the restaurant or they're treated poorly by their customers because even they don't smile. I'll see about the meal; I ordered takeout. The weak point here is the chicken, which is often pink in the center of the burger.

It's nice place but we really didn't eat because we come for breakfast but their coffee machine is not working. I hope next time. The employees are friendly.

I personally want to congratulate the staff who know how to remain professional in all circumstances... I am of course talking about the people who are unable to wait; if they are not happy, they should go eat somewhere else. In any case, congratulations to your employees. If by chance the impatient ones disagree with me, go somewhere else and eat something else if you are going to complain to people who are working themselves to the bone to feed you.
