I don't usually like this McDonald's much; there's always a long wait. But this time we were pleasantly surprised. I came with my mother and sisters, and we were served by Shana, who was warm, smiling, and lovely. You can congratulate her; she earned a 5-star review! It's a pleasure to come to a fast-food restaurant and be welcomed so warmly. Kudos to the kitchen too—hot sandwiches and hot fries—that's the best burger! (Note: the glass was a little dirty.)

On Saturday evening, I decided to eat with my family at the McDonald's in Mazamet. We ordered at the kiosks, getting a Happy Meal for my daughter and a Best Of Meal for my wife and me. Our order was received without any problems, just like at the other McDonald's we've been to, and I want to thank the manager, Marjorie, for her warm welcome and smile.

Honestly surprised. Fast service, smiling staff, and a complete order (a welcome change 😅). The fries were piping hot, and the burger was neatly assembled. Clean dining area, no complaints. Simple, efficient, it gets the job done.

I stopped at the McDonald's in Mazamet for lunch on Friday, February 6th. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, nothing was forgotten on our order, and the manager, Marine, was very kind to us. Thank you for a pleasant experience; we will definitely be back.

Not bad at all, the only negative point is I ordered a Chicken Big Mac but I got a regular Big Mac instead, which is a shame. Almost perfect otherwise.
