Mcdonald's sur Chinon

Good evening, I'm giving a review, but I'm lying because it's so good I'm shocked! We haven't eaten at McDonald's like this since 2015. The quality of the food is exceptional and the staff are super friendly.

It had been a long time since we'd been served so quickly—hot burgers and hot fries, and a very courteous waitress and manager. It should serve as an example for other McDonald's.

I came in the evening with my daughter. The establishment is clean, the fries are a good portion, our order was respected, there was little wait for dine-in service, and the staff were very polite.

Finally, a clean McDonald's! It's a pleasure. Friendly staff.

I don't usually leave reviews for McDonald's, but I came at the beginning of June and I was very surprised and delighted to receive my order so quickly (barely 5 minutes) and piping hot! Wow, well done, and of course, thank you!

Steaks were overcooked but the staff were lovely!

I think the employee should learn how to park. Every time I come, there's a white Renault Clio parked across two spaces near the drive-thru exit. Luckily, not all customers do that to park. Otherwise, the parking lot would be full.

I was there that evening around midnight, and honestly, I think some things need to be put into context. I witnessed an altercation between two customers and a manager. From the start, the customers involved were particularly aggressive, shouting and hurling insults. The manager eventually put an end to the discussion, which is understandable given the tone used. The situation then escalated when one of the customers went behind the counter to continue provoking and insulting the staff. Another manager intervened to try to calm things down, but without success. The individuals involved ultimately left the restaurant, continuing to insult the employees. Whether or not one is satisfied with the service, nothing justifies this kind of behavior. Employees and managers are still human beings and deserve a minimum of respect. Seeing the scene, I can understand why the team didn't want to continue the conversation under such circumstances.

Takeaway order. Back home, we noticed some mistakes: iced tea instead of Sprite, flat sparkling water (was the gas canister empty?), and most importantly, the sandwich we ordered was missing a rösti (even though we were charged for it). We tried calling them several times. No one answered, even half an hour before closing time, hence the Google review in the hope of getting a response from them. (Order 4793 on 05/17/26 at 7:18 PM)
