Wait too long, meal almost cold

The service and food were very good, but the atmosphere was just incredibly unpleasant due to one person who I assume must have been a terrible coach or manager and who spoke very rudely to the employees. I understand there have been problems at this McDonald's, but there are ways to behave and speak to staff; they're not dogs, especially not in front of customers. The atmosphere was incredibly oppressive both in the dining area and in the kitchen, and this was all because of one person from the moment we arrived until the end of our meal. We felt very uncomfortable and sorry for the employees. It's unacceptable. We come to this McDonald's occasionally, and this is the first time we've only wanted to leave. It's simply an abuse of power bordering on dictatorship.

Arriving at 12:05 AM, Louna at the drive-thru greeted us with a big smile and was very pleasant. It's truly rare these days to be received like that, especially at closing time. Very professional. Thank you again, Louna!

The service was excellent, but the lunchtime manager was cold, unpleasant, and rude in the way she spoke to her staff. I wouldn't even speak to my dog ​​like that.
