Once again I stayed almost 1 hour at the drive-thru….too bad Burger King is opening next door, I would definitely go for a look 😊

A loyal customer for the big Champions League evenings on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, I am always well received at this Mac Do where the listening is excellent, the responsiveness exceptional and the wait non-existent! I can only recommend this Mac Do, 5/5, well done! 👏

I come very regularly to McDo de liffre (at the click and collect service), I am more and more disappointed: here is the list of things to improve (something which will never be done, and it is a shame because you will lose a lot of customers, including me, as soon as Burger King arrives): * Too little click&collect space, given the world you serve every day… * Limit the 2 wheels on the click&collect places (each time, the 2 wheels overflow onto these places, therefore fewer places for cars... * Logically, when you switch to click&collect, the principle is, you arrive and you leave directly (there it is, you arrive, you wait and you leave, but it's cold!!) *When you take Maxi menus, you expect to have a lot of fries or potatoes in the cone, otherwise you only get half, the same for fries with cheddar (here you are looking for fries, not even half from the box, cold fried, not cooked, the cheddar you're looking for) especially when it's a service that you pay extra for! *When you order special products (280 without tomatoes), you put the label without tomatoes, but you put them in anyway... (know that for my part, if I ask you to remove them, it's because I am allergic) *Arrive at a certain time, remember to taste your drinks, I often come around 9 p.m., the Coca Cola, no longer fizzy and tastes like fanta! Now for my part, I live in Liffre, and I prefer to get my McDonald's at Longchamps, shorter service, hot and good product. Don't forget that McDonald's is a fast food chain, with you it's the opposite, it's long. Never a commercial gesture, when someone calls you to complain, or when you are long (an extra free burger to apologize for the wait... never)

The teammates often forget things and are very fast. Once I had veggie nuggets even though I had ordered normal nuggets.

Un accueil plus que serviable, un service assez rapide j’ai attendu moins de 10min alors qu’on était en temps de rush et un salle nettoyée. Je remercie et souhaite du courage à toutes l’équipe de ce restaurant 🫶🏼
