McDonald's is well located with a children's play area, very convenient 👍

It's a McDonald's that's very much in keeping with its style. It doesn't always have all the freebies (Christmas stockings, etc.), but it's not a big deal.

We come to this restaurant all the time, but it's always the same problem: they forget things or make mistakes. There was no one there, and they still managed to get the drinks wrong. Now we have to check everything down to the drinks...

I'm only giving half stars because it's never the same. Once at the drive-thru, I waited 21 minutes for a McSmart and didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill (an ice cream, a bigger order of fries, or something). What's more, when I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no one there, and when I got to the register to order, there was no one there either. But once, at a Mende restaurant, the manager did it in good faith without asking for anything because it's perfectly normal. Like the other day in Béziers, a man came to the counter and said there was no steak in his McCheese. And since he had ordered a small meal, the manager said, "Just make him a double cheeseburger." It's perfectly normal to react like that. Yet, at this McDonald's, more than three-quarters of the time is good, but as usual, like everywhere else, there are always people working who don't have the sense of service to keep the customer happy. I know it's not an easy job, but oh well, 50/50 is the best option.

Something's often missing if you don't check every time, and it's quite annoying. We always get our takeout from the drive-thru. But this is a big surprise, it's supposed to be a deluxe item 😁 We'll keep our sense of humor, otherwise it might get a little funny 🤐 "🎶Painpain, where are you? Painpain, where are you? 🎶"
