Overall, a very good McDonald's, but I was overcome with emotion when I saw a classic Big Mac instead of a Big Mac Double Chicken in my mega maxi best-of. A minor, forgivable mistake; I still devoured it in one bite.

Excellent service at the McDonald's in downtown Roanne. The lunch was hot, even piping hot, which is quite rare, well done! 👏 The staff are friendly, very professional, and attentive to customers. A pleasant experience, I recommend it.

I give 4 stars for the lady at the drive-thru who takes orders; I am in awe of her efficiency. However, I am not giving 5 stars because I found the lady who served the menus at the drive-thru particularly unpleasant; she would be better off staying in the kitchen so she doesn't have to deal with customers.

Positive: The staff are very friendly and pleasant; they enjoy their customers, and it shows. Negative: The burgers were lukewarm, and the upstairs tables and floors weren't cleaned in some areas. There aren't enough restrooms, and the overall cleanliness is very poor.
