For McDonald's standards, the food is okay to good. The fries were slightly mealy, but still perfectly edible. What I thought was cool was the amount of decoration. Around Christmas time, there's a decorated Christmas tree, and there was also some Christmas ornaments in a display case at the counter. I missed having a screen to show the order status. However, an employee came to our table personally to bring our food. The restrooms were also pleasant, although the faucet seemed a bit weak. So, if you're hungry, this restaurant is easily accessible from the highway. There's even a Carrefour gas station nearby.

Dogs are allowed.
Unfortunately, you can only order one sugar for your coffee from the machine. Fanta and Sprite are only available in zero-sugar versions.

For a McDonald's, I'm very disappointed with the restrooms! The toilet is cramped, filthy—the bowl, the seat, the floor, and the walls—and it reeks of vomit. The seat isn't even properly attached. And the accessible toilet isn't great either, but the problem is the door doesn't close properly.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are pleasant, but unfortunately, there are six self-service kiosks but only two are operational, presumably due to staff shortages in the kitchen. On a Saturday afternoon in this area, it's a poor management decision. There are long waits. My thoughts are with the teams working behind the stoves.

We stopped by last night, November 28th, after work for a bite to eat before heading home. I want to commend the team and the manager for their quick response to a minor incident (a spilled drink), which I didn't consider a big deal at all. Only those who do nothing make no mistakes. We were given a discount, a table change, and the food, which had gotten cold, was replaced. Personally, I wasn't expecting so much, but I wanted to mention it. I hope management takes my feedback into account and that this entire team, so motivated and professional, is compensated fairly. A big thank you to last night's manager and her team, and to everyone else: happy holidays!

After avoiding Burger King due to their lack of tact, I commend the professionalism of the McDonald's Graviere team in Moulins-lès-Metz. Today, November 1st, 2025, at 3:30 PM, they took my order pleasantly and apologized for the wait. Thank you for the excellent service.

Where are the drinks with real sugar??? We don't come to McDonald's to quibble over 50cl of soda, we have to stop this nonsense! The least we can do is offer both regular and diet!
