Overall, a very good experience. The setting is pleasant and the service was excellent. However, I noticed a rather significant hygiene issue: I found a sauce container lid in my cup of fries. This surprised me greatly, and I wondered if the container had already been used or if it had been properly cleaned. I wanted to mention this to prevent it from happening again. Aside from this incident, the service and welcome were very satisfactory.

Very satisfied with the food and the staff. The toilets were very clean, but there was a strong sewage smell coming from them that spread into the restaurant, even near the ordering kiosks. Hopefully this can be looked into, as everything else was excellent.

I stopped by at lunchtime on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 12:35 PM, to place a click and collect order. The rest of the team was great except for the manager, who didn't say hello and didn't smile. I asked her to pick up my online order, which was ready. She completely ignored my request and didn't respond to other customers. She also gave me a rude look. (This is the manager from Monday, July 6, 2026, at 12:30 PM, wearing a black polo shirt and glasses). A manager is there to supervise their team. She should change careers and go work with mutes...
