I am very satisfied with my visit to the McDonald’s in Auxerre. The service was extremely fast, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the toilets. The restaurant seemed impeccable overall, and even the parking lot was without a single paper lying around, which is rare. Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this McDonald’s!

Pleasantly surprised, I no longer went to this McDonald's because several times I was disappointed by the friendliness of the unmotivated employees, meals served cold and very long waits, dirty restaurant!! But really I don't know if there was a change of "boss" but everything was perfect, smiling and motivated employees, hot fries and hamburgers and fast service. The room is clean. It's very nice. I'll come back right away.

Nothing extraordinary, it's what you expect from a classic McDonald's.
The only hygiene problem that could be improved, in particular the floor and toilet, the unbearable smell of vomit coming from the kitchens.

The games room is separate and is smaller than the exterior suggests.... clean dining area despite a late lunch around 2 p.m. Helpful staff

We rarely come here, we saw a board with advertising and came. The price really pleased me, a children's combo for 6 euros is what you need!
Ice cream is expensive, I hope there are large portions and it’s worth it, but we didn’t take it. Burgers are ok, nuggets are ok, fries are tastier, thicker and richer, here they are skinny. I liked that the order for four people was not split and was brought together on a large tray. Wifi is excellent.

Hello Team , You did an excellent service and arrangements in a short span of time as I called and confirmed that we are a group of 35 people and most of them are vegans , you tried and accommodated well with what resources you had.
