McDonald's sur Auxerre

The person at the drive-thru was super friendly; it's nice to see a bit of that in this restaurant.

Arrived at the drive-thru at 12:14, left at 12:32. Long wait for order taking, payment was fine, the young woman was very polite, Speedy was fine.

The service was good but could be better. Despite the busy schedule, I saw my order on the counter 5 minutes before they called me.

The sundaes have gotten smaller, but the service is super fast.

As a loyal customer, I always go to the McDonald's in Auxerre and I've never been disappointed, except for once, but that's all. But tonight was different. None of the self-service kiosks were working. Then we ordered a burger with two patties, but it only came with one. And the flurry wasn't served either; we had to ask for it. So, you can see there's a staff shortage, and that's a real shame. Disappointed, I'll definitely go somewhere other than Auxerre.
