A very bad experience at McDonald's. I went in with a problem with my loyalty card, and the advice given by the server was completely wrong. As a result, I never received my points. On top of that, the tone used was inappropriate and unprofessional. When a customer simply asks for help, a minimum of respect and competence would be appreciated. Disappointing for a chain of this size.

04/06/2026: We regularly go to La Toscane restaurant and it's always an excellent Italian experience. Everything is perfect from start to finish. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and flavorful. The pasta dishes truly taste like Italy, with generous portions and perfectly cooked. The desserts are excellent, delicate, and indulgent—a wonderful way to end the meal. The service is pleasant and consistently high-quality. The wine selection is also excellent, with a fine range of Italian wines that perfectly complement the dishes. This is a restaurant we recommend without hesitation. A sure bet in Montbrison: 10/10, always consistently good.
