McDonald's sur Montbrison

The hamburgers were barely warm. One member of staff wasn't wearing a hairnet, but was very polite.

I really like this McDonald's, the staff is lovely.

I come every other Monday evening with my children. It's always very quiet. Usually, it's not bad, even if the service is a bit slow, but it's not a big deal. They often forget things, and I have to go back to the counter to ask for them again, but again, it's not a big deal. But tonight, when I went to ask for the sauces from the Mario menu, the young man looked at me like I was some girl who wants free 80-cent sauces. I hadn't taken a receipt (since it's offered at the kiosk and ends up in the trash anyway), so we didn't get our sauces. I then checked that I had ordered them correctly by simulating an identical order, and it was indeed the correct amount with sauces included. In short, I was looked down upon and given a contemptuous look by a guy who had made the same mistake! He showed no remorse whatsoever, just incredible disdain. We ate without those sauces, it's not a big deal, but I'll definitely take the receipt next time I order...
