If you're looking for exceptionally high-quality mussels, look no further: LA MOULE EN FOLIE is "The Place To Be". Everything was absolutely perfect: On the plate: The mussels were succulent, plump, and perfectly prepared. And what can I say about the fries... authentic Belgian-style fries, cooked in beef fat. Absolutely divine! You can taste the passion for the product. The atmosphere: A fantastic welcome that immediately puts a smile on your face. A huge congratulations to the owners: Monsieur works wonders in the kitchen (a true chef!), while Madame provides impeccable service with boundless energy. Special mention also goes to the waitress who was lovely and attentive throughout the meal. You feel good, you eat (very) well, and you leave with only one desire: to come back! 25/05/2026: Having come for the 2026 Beer Marathon, we discovered King Cross for a post-race recovery beer. We found a fantastic atmosphere, with equally warm and welcoming owners and staff. We will gladly return to King Cross next year!

05/07/2026: This is quite simply the first time I've ever been treated like this by restaurant owners. We wanted to have a pleasant time to celebrate the end of the sports season with my friends. Unfortunately, one of them had a last-minute emergency, and we resigned ourselves to ordering without him. We were stunned to see the look of dismay on the waitress's face when we told her that the seventh person wouldn't be coming. Then we placed our order, only to be unpleasantly surprised to find that one of the dishes on the menu was already sold out, even though it was only 7:45 pm. But we didn't dwell on it. The meal went rather well; we had appetizers, a bottle of wine, and several desserts. And then, when it came time for the bill, the cook came over to us and said, "Did everything go well? ... You won't thank the seventh person, because it impacts our revenue." We paid our bill in a frosty atmosphere, and then, as we were leaving, the waitress added insult to injury by lecturing us once again about how serious it was for their business that the seventh customer hadn't shown up, without any understanding or rational explanation on her part. With all due respect to restaurant owners, this kind of reaction towards your customers is inappropriate and can only damage your reputation. It's a shame for you.

04/06/2026: We regularly go to La Toscane restaurant and it's always an excellent Italian experience. Everything is perfect from start to finish. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and flavorful. The pasta dishes truly taste like Italy, with generous portions and perfectly cooked. The desserts are excellent, delicate, and indulgent—a wonderful way to end the meal. The service is pleasant and consistently high-quality. The wine selection is also excellent, with a fine range of Italian wines that perfectly complement the dishes. This is a restaurant we recommend without hesitation. A sure bet in Montbrison: 10/10, always consistently good.
