A quick shout-out to our click-and-collect order on Monday the 17th around 8 pm.
We're regulars and generally have no complaints. BUT THIS TIME!
A Spiderman meal, a figurine we'd already bought... but a fantastic waitress!
A little something that made our evening, proving it doesn't take much!!
Thanks again to her, I hope she recognizes herself!

We arrived during peak hours and all the self-service kiosks were occupied. A staff member approached us to offer to take our order right there. It was perfect! We didn't have to wait at all and were served quickly and kindly. The icing on the cake was the availability of shaded tables outside for our young children.

A pretty good experience at this McDonald's.
The staff were very friendly and we were served very quickly despite the crowd.
A minor drawback was the payment method; they don't accept paper meal vouchers (this is clearly indicated at the entrance and at the register, but we didn't notice), but again, the very friendly staff apologized for the inconvenience.

A pretty standard McDonald's, no complaints there. We ordered takeout, so we were waiting near the kitchen. However! The following situation is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint and deserves to be mentioned. It happened on Tuesday, July 28th, around 7:30 pm. We noticed two fryers helping themselves to the fries, without gloves, using their bare hands… well, that's quite disturbing from a hygiene perspective.
