Decided to take up the offer of a coffee and croissant for 2.50 which was advertised outside but then told that offer had finished, so you display one price then just change it , not very professional

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!

26/05/2026: The experience was relatively pleasant until I tried to claim the student offer (a free sundae, small shake, or 6 nuggets with the purchase of a Maxi Best Of Meal). I forced myself to order the larger meal just to take advantage of the offer… Imagine my surprise when I went to collect my reward: the manager flatly refused, claiming that I had to order or pay at the counter, not at the kiosk. This "detail" isn't mentioned anywhere. Faced with my confusion, this person displayed a complete lack of tact, business sense, and politeness, ruining the work of the rest of the team, who were otherwise pleasant. Such rigid and unpleasant management just makes you want to run away. I won't be back.
14/04/2026: 5 stars just for the guy on the phone, he deserves the Legion of Honour. We had a problem with our order, he fixed it within 5 minutes, very professional and efficient, he should own this McDonald's.
