McDonald's sur Rodez

I don't like fast food because I feel heavy afterwards, but once in a while, why not? This one is very clean and the service is quick.

We would like to thank the team at the McDonald's in Rodez for their kindness and compassion. We lost our cat near the McDonald's on our way to our holiday destination. The entire team, including Stéphane, the manager, worked tirelessly to find a solution. Thanks to everyone's help, our cat has been found. We are extremely grateful.

When you eat at a standardized chain where the food is the same in every restaurant, what sets you apart is the human touch and the service. With my table service order, by the time I went to ask for the ice cream to be brought back later, it was already made. To avoid inconveniencing them, I took it. When my tray arrived, I was finishing the ice cream, and the gentleman, without me even asking, told me to go to the counter after my meal and they would offer me another ice cream to complete my meal. A kind gesture, and I truly appreciated it. I thanked and said goodbye to the team as I left, and I'm doing it again today with this review. Thank you 🙏👍

Excellent experience, fast and efficient service. The meal was hot, you could tell the food had just been prepared. The fries were hot, the burgers perfectly assembled. Everything was exactly as we ordered. And the service was exemplary: respectful, polite, kind, and always smiling.

This message is for the Rodez McDonald's. Two orders placed consecutively at the drive-thru in two weeks, and two more missed items tonight. How long is this going to go on? I asked if the whole order was there, and they said yes. Again tonight, and again tonight, another missing item: a Coke in a Best Of meal. Seriously, this is starting to get on my nerves. At some point, pay attention to what you're doing. I'll go to the other McDonald's or Burger King. Mr. Miquel Arnaud
