It's a shame that the good welcome resulted in one of your staff using vulgar language, knowing that this same person allows the rest of the empty drinks to be thrown on the terrace outside on the ground. we asked why there were so many flies, we got the answer!
The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is very friendly: smiling and polite :)
But I have rarely seen such a long wait time at a fast food restaurant. Afterwards I never come during rush periods.
And I've never had any errors in my orders, whether at the drive-thru or dine-in/take-out at the counter.
