I rarely order because every time there's a mistake...it's 6pm, I'm alone, I ask the person the difference between Royal Bacon and Big Mac Bacon, because I specify that I want Bacon, I choose the Big Mac because I'm told there are 2 slices of Bacon...and I end up with a Big Mac without Bacon...great...pffff it's complicated.
Takeout orders are served cold because they sit on the pass for a long time (without a warming area) while waiting for the rest of the order, instead of being kept warm and assembled at the last minute. The same goes for ice cream, which is made fresh from scratch and melts before the order is even received.
