McDonald's sur Metz

Excellent service, very fast, and the staff were very friendly.

The tray is sticky like jam, impossible to remove (?), last week the sauce was added even though it was removed and the other one is out of stock... Luckily there were no traces at the bottom of the 400ml plastic containers (Longeville) and the red onions in the current Super Hamburger are top-notch, besides, yesterday Saint Juju didn't have to simmer like that....

The only thing that justifies 3 stars is the central location, but unfortunately, a 20-25 minute wait was shameful, frankly. My pétanque tray arrived, it was barely cold, and the ice cream was almost melted. It wasn't good, and they didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay! 🤦

McDonald's is rather unclean, the staff are a mix of friendly and grumpy, and there's not really a wait for your order, it depends on their schedule and how busy it is. At least McDonald's closes at midnight.

40 minutes to be served. Drinks were flat and at room temperature. The dining room was very dirty. The sandwiches were good.

The staff are very kind and open-minded, it's a pleasure 😊❤️

Hello, I don't usually comment like this, but this is the second time I've encountered this "person" claiming to be a "customer" at the same McDonald's, always with a problem about their meal, product, etc. The employees are subjected to mockery, criticism, insults, and even violence, as my daughter (13 years old) reported: "She buys the apple slice like it's her dog because it's cold, and she even calls the man fat!!"... To get her attention, she disrupts all the other customers. I'd like to commend the employees because they remained focused until the person was escorted out! So, after 10 minutes of disruption, and still unhappy with her hot food, she left shouting that she's rich and that people who eat at McDonald's are poor, and that the service is deplorable! In short, a spectacular end! As a customer and as a mother, I tell you the same thing I tell my daughter: "You have the right to be dissatisfied, but there are ways and ways to ask for and complain. Kindness and respect go both ways. And if being rich means being a person like her, I'm happy to be able to do so in her eyes!" Best of luck to the whole team, and I sincerely hope you find a solution that will allow you to work in better conditions.

The food was excellent, the wait time was sometimes too long and sometimes reasonable, so I can't really give a definitive opinion. Every time I went through the line, no item was left behind, which is a big plus in a fast-food restaurant. The staff was fairly average; I have nothing particular to report on that front. However, the hygiene was poor; the tables weren't cleaned, and you ended up choosing tables covered in grease and leftover food. A very good McDonald's overall, except for the hygiene, which definitely needs improvement.
