40 minutes to be served. Drinks were flat and at room temperature. The dining room was very dirty. The sandwiches were good.

The staff are very kind and open-minded, it's a pleasure 😊❤️

Hello, I don't usually comment like this, but this is the second time I've encountered this "person" claiming to be a "customer" at the same McDonald's, always with a problem about their meal, product, etc. The employees are subjected to mockery, criticism, insults, and even violence, as my daughter (13 years old) reported: "She buys the apple slice like it's her dog because it's cold, and she even calls the man fat!!"... To get her attention, she disrupts all the other customers. I'd like to commend the employees because they remained focused until the person was escorted out! So, after 10 minutes of disruption, and still unhappy with her hot food, she left shouting that she's rich and that people who eat at McDonald's are poor, and that the service is deplorable! In short, a spectacular end! As a customer and as a mother, I tell you the same thing I tell my daughter: "You have the right to be dissatisfied, but there are ways and ways to ask for and complain. Kindness and respect go both ways. And if being rich means being a person like her, I'm happy to be able to do so in her eyes!" Best of luck to the whole team, and I sincerely hope you find a solution that will allow you to work in better conditions.

The food was excellent, the wait time was sometimes too long and sometimes reasonable, so I can't really give a definitive opinion. Every time I went through the line, no item was left behind, which is a big plus in a fast-food restaurant. The staff was fairly average; I have nothing particular to report on that front. However, the hygiene was poor; the tables weren't cleaned, and you ended up choosing tables covered in grease and leftover food. A very good McDonald's overall, except for the hygiene, which definitely needs improvement.

A very pleasant terrace in the sun, the food was good and hot, pleasant welcome, fast service.

Having stopped there often for a drink or a hot beverage, I can tell you that the staff is generally quite friendly and efficient. I noticed it again today. I apologize for my slight impatience with your colleague, whom I thought was annoyed by my request for a glass of water. I didn't realize she was unwell. One minor drawback: the rather frequent presence of disruptive youths.

Lunchtime meal, fairly quick ordering at the kiosks, plenty of seating. Order arrived quickly and without any errors. Very clean.

When it says 8:30 online and on the storefront: we open at 8:30! Not 8:40/8:45! It's the middle of the week, we work too, and personally, I really like getting my McCoffe on time so I can get back to the office on time! Otherwise, the employees are quite friendly, and everything is always hot, which is nice.
