Lack of concentration during order preparation; my brother, who ordered a chicken burger, received a cheeseburger in the burger packaging. Having also ordered a Happy Meal, the toy wasn't included. Since we don't live nearby, we haven't been able to return.

The food was good, no complaints there, but the tables weren't always perfectly clean. The restrooms were fine, but sometimes the smell wafted through the doors. The servers were friendly and helpful; if an order was incorrect, they didn't hesitate to find a solution and found a reasonable one! The food was decent, although some items didn't look quite like the pictures 😉😊

21/08/2026: Usually no problem, but tonight was a very bad experience (Uber order). The kebabs are usually well-filled and generous with meat, but tonight my kebab was practically flat and mostly just salad. Because of this, I won't be ordering from them again. Plus, it wasn't even the end of service because it was 7:30 pm. Anyway, it's a shame. I'm still giving them 3 stars for the other times when the service was perfect.
