Despite the issue with our click & collect order in the parking lot—it was probably stolen—the staff who handled the problem were lovely and resolved the issue. ☺️ I recommend this restaurant; we will gladly return. :)

Lack of concentration during order preparation; my brother, who ordered a chicken burger, received a cheeseburger in the burger packaging. Having also ordered a Happy Meal, the toy wasn't included. Since we don't live nearby, we haven't been able to return.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The vegan nuggets were really tasteless, which is a shame, but there were plenty of veggie options and games for children, so I was delighted! The only problem was the click-and-collect screen that you have to touch, whereas when you're parked with a crying baby, you just want to scan the QR code and not wriggle out the window or make another maneuver around a sharp turn in the wrong direction (the screen is right in front of a drive-through exit stop, I think).
