Great experience at this McDonald's. Excellent, crispy fries, properly made burger with no salad outside the sandwich. Friendly staff.

Hello, having placed a takeaway order from inside, the manager offered us a receipt after payment. I declined. However, this receipt is necessary to collect the order. Dear manager (because she is a woman), instead of offering it, she explained that it's mandatory for collection! Now I understand, because with everyone in the kitchen, such a long queue at the drive-thru, and such a long wait, both for dine-in and takeaway, there must have been a good reason... Now it's the least bad place around! Thank you

Very friendly and helpful welcome

I ordered an Extreme Mac which was dry and had so little sauce I could have eaten it with two fingers! A far cry from the sandwich in the ad!

I was at McDonald's on Saturday, May 9th, around 7:15 PM. I apologize to the employees for my inappropriate and undeserved outburst. I had a very bad day and lost my temper over something that wasn't worth it. I am sorry and apologize to the staff. All the best to you.

Not much to say: a classic McDonald's with the usual menu. The staff is friendly, the table service is good, and the food is prepared quickly and efficiently. The real plus is the location and atmosphere, which we particularly enjoyed.

I've been going to McDonald's for years, and the service has never been so fast. The food was hot! Nothing was forgotten! Usually, I wait 45 minutes, and there are still always mistakes. For the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by this McDonald's! And it's my first time in Annecy! Well done to the team! The service was provided on a Sunday at 2 p.m.

Served at the drive-thru, we were greeted by a very kind and gentle lady, truly lovely. The team went out of their way to help and advise me after a section of the lake was closed for nighttime construction, making it impossible to return to my vacation reservation. They were incredibly kind at this McDonald's, the best I've ever experienced (and I've been to a lot of McDonald's 😅).
