McDonald's sur Sevrier

Fast service (less than 5 minutes even though we ordered a personalized order), smiling staff, clean restaurant with a nice view, and excellent fries (first time we've ever had that at McDonald's)!!!!!

On vacation at Lake Annecy, grabbing a nice bite to eat at McDonald's. This is a fine McDonald's, very fast service. Although it was very busy, the atmosphere was great, everything was under control and fast. Very friendly staff. And clean tables, very different from in Almelo or Hengelo in the Netherlands. And always have a choice; the products are different than in the Netherlands, the ice creams have different flavors. Always fun!

Dirty tables and floor. But tasty burgers and drinks. The ice cream was good too.

Well, it's McDonald's, always the same old thing. It's a shame the toilets really need cleaning more often!

Slow…very slow…at the drive-thru in June. But conversely, very fast indoors in the middle of July.

Clean (tables and dining room), fast service, and hot food. That was 7 years ago! It's changed, but not for the better... fast food? The wait...

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, but the staff leaves much to be desired. They seem lost in the restaurant: they bring half the order, then the other half half an hour later, and as always, something is missing. When you point it out, they immediately get annoyed and start arguing.

They have non-alcoholic beer available. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Excellent experience today. Ethan stood out for his professionalism, speed, and customer service. He was very attentive to customers and always smiling despite the busy times. An exemplary employee who deserves recognition for his work.
