I popped in quickly to grab a €5 McDonald's meal and got my small fries piled high, my order ready in 30 seconds, and even ketchup and mayo without asking, all served with a big smile! People know how to criticize, but today it was so perfect that I savored my meal, thank you!

Chadi is truly an extraordinary server and employee. He made my day better thanks to his high-quality professionalism and his dedication to my order. It was very quick, even during rush hour, and he handled it with ease. Bravo to him, and thank you again! It's become my favorite McDonald's thanks to Chadi!

The service was quick and the food was good, but the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The floors were dirty and sticky, and the toilets were a disaster.

It was like McDonald's in the kitchen, but there was a long wait for service even though it wasn't crowded. The premises are old and poorly maintained, with damaged benches, broken floor tiles, and broken toilets... In short, choose another fast food place in the area!

I've eaten there a few times. Never any mistakes with my order and fast service. It's still McDonald's, but this one is good. No complaints.

It was quite busy here because of the music festival. Apparently, that's why the tables were cordoned off and only takeaway orders were accepted. Watching the staff at work was really fun, though. A very well-coordinated team that processed the orders very quickly. Excellent!

The only McDonald's in France with the old decor, makes you wonder if it's still the same guy who's running it.

A classic McDonald's, but one that's falling into disrepair... A good renovation wouldn't be a luxury.

McDonald's

01/07/2026: The best McDonald's in the city center and in all the shopping centers in Grenoble and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, truly nothing but positive things to say. Everything is good, clean, and the hygiene is perfect.
29/06/2026: My sister and I made a mistake with our respective orders. We realized it as soon as the order arrived. I first asked an employee who corrected my error, then another employee a second time, saying, "Another mistake on our part" with one of the items we ordered. The staff were incredibly kind, even though we were really embarrassed. So, I thank the staff for their patience and understanding towards us, as we're not yet very familiar with these touchscreens for ordering our meals. They reassured us, and all with a smile. Thank you again! 😊

McDonald's

06/10/2026: Food was good and served quickly but the place is full of flies and some of the self serve machines were broken. The layout is also quite weird, a lady in a wheelchair had to get everyone to stand up to reach the toilet.
13/09/2026: Very fast service. The manager was friendly.
