Personally, I think the team is great right now; you only have to look at how the burgers look. People are being unfair because the hygiene issue is often the customers' fault, and they don't respect the work of the McDonald's employees. The wait is due to understaffing because people don't want to work as hard and be mistreated by their customers. I find the current employees very responsive and knowledgeable (and I often know more than they do about what they're selling), but I've noticed positive changes since I live nearby and have several points of comparison. So yes, there's regularly a new guy or girl who's a bit lost or nonchalant, but that's understandable given the working conditions, so a little understanding is in order. And if something's missing from time to time, it's not a big deal; just point it out. I've been coming to this McDonald's for years, and I'm happy to share a clear improvement with you!
The food and order-taking area is fine,
the wait time is reasonable, however, the drive-thru access is unbearable with a pothole that hits the car every time it goes by...what is the road maintenance department doing about McDonald's?
