Welcome, cleanliness and service....a competent team

Nothing special about the cuisine, it's Mac Do 🤷🏼‍♀️ calm atmosphere, rather clean and air-conditioned restaurant (which is not the case in Andrezieux), the service is fast. The only downside that takes away a star is the cleanliness of the toilets! It’s a disaster 😱

Very pleasantly surprised, much nicer restaurant than before. Still easy to access with good parking on the commercial side and a row of spaces along the restaurant with electric charging stations. Now much cleaner, the staff is much more “efficient”, no errors in orders, polite, fast and smiling! The restaurant is quiet and the customers are much better behaved than in other Mc Donald's in the area! Friendly play area for children 😌 My previous rating (3 years ago) was 2 stars out of 5, but now it's definitely a 5/5! Thank you and congratulations to the current teams! I highly recommend 👍🏻

Quite long service (20 min) but quite good quality!

Decent cuisine and the products were hot. A good point. On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness there is work... The tables are dirty and are not cleaned. What can we say about the trash cans which are overflowing and no longer allow customers to leave their trays.

Normal McDonald's, nothing to say compared to the others, the service is quite fast.

I stopped by yesterday Thursday around 5:30 p.m./6 p.m. I wanted to taste the new products offered during the Olympic Games period. I have nothing to say about the cleanliness, the kindness of the team, Some McDonald's in Saint-Étienne are much more frightening. On the other hand, I was absolutely not able to enjoy my order since the glass of coke spilled in the bag and it was the car carpet that benefited. I point out that the bag was propped up by the back of the seat, it could not tip over. I don't have a receipt of course, since I don't ask for one anymore. Fast service, impeccable quality, everything was very well stocked... A McDonald's which proves that not all McDonald's are equal!!! Well done

Large order placed, served very quickly and efficiently, nothing was missing, everything was hot, nothing to report, Macdonald very serious, much better than Andrézieux's.

Very long service. No napkins and no cutlery for table service.
