McDonald's sur Martillac

A family-friendly McDonald's in a peaceful setting where we often have lunch. The burgers are always excellent. Unfortunately, the prices tend to skyrocket! The McSmart meal deal has gone up this week from €5 to €6.55, a 30% increase... customers aren't fooled, Mr. McDonald's! Also worth noting is a recurring unpleasant odor coming from the self-service kiosks, and the furniture is a bit dated (the booths).

No problems at the drive-thru, the crew member who served me was very kind and smiling, the McMuffins were great, thank you very much =)

I'm giving it three stars because I don't want to give it a bad rating, but please, at the Drive-Thru, I know this job is difficult and repetitive… But when you see an elderly person on camera who can't pronounce the burger names correctly, you shouldn't sigh bitterly and ask them to repeat themselves. I know it's not your family business, but we ask them to repeat the names twice because we know NOTHING, and they sigh. Why don't you change jobs? Don't penalize the whole team who are trying to project a normal image. This was on December 9th, around 7:30 PM. This is only the second time in my life I've written a review because I was so surprised by this behavior. Otherwise, everything else and the food were top-notch, which is what you expect from McDonald's.

The manager was very responsive and had a smile on his face, even in the middle of a rush… Well done! 👌

Top-quality sandwiches, well-presented, and fast table service. The little tables at the entrance with the sofa are super nice, very cozy.

Drive-thru, fast, courteous and complete order

A friendly welcome and an outstanding team! The pistachio sundae is an undeniable delight; it deserves to be on the menu every season 🤭.

I've never seen burgers so beautiful 😍 every time, you get the impression they came out of the ad: not a bit of salad on the side and not a lopsided steak! What a pleasure! The staff is really welcoming and everything is very clean.
