05/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, refined and creative cuisine, excellent value for money. Sumptuous setting. Only one drawback: the service. Even though we were in the "bistro" section of this iconic establishment, I would have preferred not to spend the entire meal with my glass and aperitif bottle on the (small) table 😊. Nevertheless, we will return because we are fans of the place and are neighbors!

29/07/2026: A good restaurant that deserves two stars despite the higher price point. The six-course vegetarian menu (€225) with fish is varied. The presentation of the artichoke (reconstructed) is a masterpiece and very good. The dishes are flavorful and beautifully presented, no complaints there. However, the wine pairing seems excessive for the price (€165) with four wines: a Krug champagne (very good), a decent white Anjou wine (but it's a Loire wine), the same for the Bordeaux white from a neighboring estate, and finally a red from the Laffitte estate, the Haut de Smith, which is acceptable. But at that price, a small glass (given the small size of the glass!) of the Haut Laffitte Grand Cru would have elevated the quality of these four wines. When signing the list of aperitifs, pairings, and wines not included on the bill, I noticed that I was being charged for water and coffee that were included in the stay! This somewhat spoiled the meal; a discussion among the staff seems necessary to avoid this inconvenience. The service was adequate, provided by very young but efficient staff. The table cleaning, done only once, needs improvement.

09/12/2025: A very disappointing experience. We chose the main course and dessert option. After a very long wait, the dishes arrived with barely two potatoes and three bites. The desserts were okay. There was no milk or petit fours to accompany the coffee. We expressed our disappointment to the waitress, especially considering the price of the €22.90 set menu. Her indifference was on par with the rest of the service. We are regular restaurant-goers and have never left so hungry. What a rip-off!

27/09/2026: Waiting 25 minutes for three meals at a fast food restaurant is unacceptable! I politely asked for a discount on a dessert as compensation. The response I received was, "Everyone waits 25 minutes, we're short-staffed. Have a nice day, sir." Not at all customer-oriented or a good manager!

27/09/2026: TERRIBLE! THE PERSON IN THE WHITE SHIRT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE BETWEEN 1:30 PM AND 2:30 PM IS TERRIBLE. Order 83 for €37.45 on September 27, 2026 1. The order Complicated because the kiosk speakers and/or the employee's headset/microphone are of poor quality. Complicated because there was a staff change DURING my order. I understood that the second person was having trouble understanding. Part of the order was deleted, items were added...difficult to hear, the person was bossy on the speakerphone. I pay. I am given the order, I ask the person in the white shirt to check it. I'm assured it's not necessary: ​​"I prepared it myself." I point out that during my last drive-thru order, a burger was already missing. "Sir, you call us and we'll take care of it, a credit note." I reply that when you order takeout, you're supposed to eat what you pay for. A credit note won't feed me if the restaurant forgets something... But anyway, I trust them! It's the manager in the white shirt, I'm in luck! And she assures me everything is OK! When we get home: Two nuggets are missing; I ordered six, but there are four. We ordered two Double Cheeseburgers, but there's only one. The other is a regular hamburger. I call and am practically called a thief. In any case, I'm entitled to a credit note and could starve if I don't come in. Outrageous, shameful, and irresponsible. The order was only half-finished, and the staff (in white shirts!!!, the cream of the crop at the restaurant) despite the customer's explicit request, didn't check their own (poor) work. The customer was insulted and paid full price...with no solution that didn't include coming in, even though it's the restaurant's responsibility to take responsibility. And yes, I don't eat on cue; my stomach is working immediately! So I let my daughter eat her fill. I drank sparkling water and ate a French fry and a hamburger! It's time to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and ACT ACCORDING TO THE MISTAKES MADE. You represent a RESTAURANT offering dine-in or takeout. I can confirm that missing two orders in a row means you're stagnating! If you can't do both, just do one or the other! Especially when there's practically no business! By treating the locals like idiots, you'll only continue to look like idiots. I'm offering you my money, which I obtained dishonestly, to pay for your training. I suggest: - Don't confuse the burgers (HAMBURGER AND DOUBLE CHEESE) - Don't confuse the numbers 4 and 6 - Don't confuse giving orders with listening to them when taking them - Don't change the person handling the order - Don't delete existing items from the order, or you risk losing the customer and the order if you change the person handling the order mid-way. -Don't confuse trust with control. Reminder: Trust doesn't preclude control. Finally, FIND VEHICLE DELIVERY SOLUTIONS for customers 10, 15, or 20 minutes away (scooter, bicycle, skateboard, rollerblades) when staff (even in white shirts) forget all or part of the takeout order. BECAUSE WE JUST WANT TO EAT WHAT WE PAID FOR AND NOT BEAR THE BEARINGS FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE!
