Ordering at the kiosks was very easy, the service was quick and very friendly. The distribution of small gifts to the children during the meal was much appreciated by our little ones (bookmarks, temporary tattoos, and sweets).

I hadn't been to McDonald's in a few years, so we went for the Spiderman toys because we're big fans. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The toys are great. I recommend it.

Quality staff, a clean restaurant, pleasant music, and well-prepared food. It's a welcome change from the McDonald's in the Île-de-France region where you feel like you're in the developing world.

Passing through Laval. Very pleasant McDonald's. Bright and spacious. Several TVs in the dining area with music channels, which is very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were served quickly and our order was correct. Very clean, including the restrooms. So, I was very satisfied because it's still McDonald's, and I was pleasantly surprised. For me, it gets a 10/10.
