McDonald's sur Neuville-En-Ferrain

Initially, I had a major problem with my order. The first person who helped me unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue, which made me wait quite a while. Then, another employee came to help me. She fixed the problem in just two minutes, with great kindness and professionalism. She explained very clearly that the problem wasn't actually with McDonald's, but simply a misunderstanding on my part regarding the mix-up in my Happy Meal. Thanks to her explanation, I understood everything. I even asked her name so I could thank her in a review, but she didn't want to give it to me. Finally, another employee arrived and told me her name was Esther. I would therefore like to thank Esther for her professionalism, patience, kindness, and ability to resolve what seemed like a complicated situation. Employees like her truly make a difference. Thank you again!

A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru at 2 PM is too long.

I'm coming back and I won't be back. A drive-thru, €9 extra for a regular Big Mac meal with 6 fries, a warm, flat Fanta that had clearly been sitting on the table for a while—it's completely insane. Almost €10, that's almost the price of a restaurant meal... The principle of fast food also includes the price. We're not asking for impeccable service, but they're far, very far from that principle, considering the price and the stuff that's been sitting in the kitchen and is passed around a few hours later... Warning!

Thanks to Lucas V. and his manager for the warm welcome. McDonald's is definitely there, and from what I could see, the kitchens are very clean. Thank you, I'll be back.

Why is it that every time we decide to get McDonald's at the drive-thru, it's always the same story? Arrived at the drive-thru at 6:45 PM, left at 7:05 PM… Not so "fast" for a fast-food restaurant. "Get in seat 2…" Ugh. Luckily, for once, our order was complete, except for the ice cubes… which we hadn't asked for.

I have nothing to say about this McDonald's; the order was complete, hot, and above all, fast.

I'm still looking for bacon, but I'm left wanting more.
