McDonald's sur Neuville-En-Ferrain

Dirty, poorly maintained toilet, tables poorly cleaned and not dried properly...

I was particularly surprised during my visit to the McDonald's in Roncq this evening. Despite the rush and the crowds due to the street fair, the person at the drive-thru was incredibly kind, smiling, and pleasant. It's truly refreshing to see someone keep smiling and remain so friendly and professional even under these circumstances! This isn't the first time I've encountered this young woman, and each time I receive a wonderful welcome, a smile, and genuine kindness. Plus, she's efficient! 😁 Usually, it's a disaster; we're just another order on their list. But honestly, this makes all the difference! It deserves to be highlighted when someone truly does their job well. Thank you for your good cheer; it's much appreciated! 😊

Average toilets, bins often full. Slow service.

Way too long a wait for a fast food restaurant

Initially, I had a major problem with my order. The first person who helped me unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue, which made me wait quite a while. Then, another employee came to help me. She fixed the problem in just two minutes, with great kindness and professionalism. She explained very clearly that the problem wasn't actually with McDonald's, but simply a misunderstanding on my part regarding the mix-up in my Happy Meal. Thanks to her explanation, I understood everything. I even asked her name so I could thank her in a review, but she didn't want to give it to me. Finally, another employee arrived and told me her name was Esther. I would therefore like to thank Esther for her professionalism, patience, kindness, and ability to resolve what seemed like a complicated situation. Employees like her truly make a difference. Thank you again!

A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru at 2 PM is too long.

I'm coming back and I won't be back. A drive-thru, €9 extra for a regular Big Mac meal with 6 fries, a warm, flat Fanta that had clearly been sitting on the table for a while—it's completely insane. Almost €10, that's almost the price of a restaurant meal... The principle of fast food also includes the price. We're not asking for impeccable service, but they're far, very far from that principle, considering the price and the stuff that's been sitting in the kitchen and is passed around a few hours later... Warning!
