Thank you for your superb service, which delighted our guests, with impeccable service and beautifully presented and deliciously tasty dishes.
Everything was perfect, in every sense of the word.
I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful and cozy restaurant! 😋

22/07/2026: A fantastic experience! We came as a family and had a wonderful time. We ordered four main courses, two drinks, two desserts, and a children's menu, all for around €60, which is excellent value for money.
The dishes were delicious and generous, and we particularly appreciated that several recipes could be adapted for vegetarians, which was a real bonus.
A big thank you to Fabio, who looked after our table. He was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and very professional throughout the meal. His service greatly contributed to our enjoyable experience, and we were happy to leave him a tip.
A great place to eat, and we'll definitely be back!
15/07/2026: It's a shame the hamburger sauce is dripping everywhere... The bun is soaked... It's hard to taste the food... The brioche is a bit pathetic... a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of custard... Otherwise, it's okay... They haven't put much effort into the presentation, which is limited to cafeteria decor... Go to the office, it'll be better for a few extra meters

20/05/2026: The hotel was clean with friendly and welcoming staff.
However, I was quite disappointed by the room in the basement, with corridors that felt more like a service area than a hotel. The bedding was also very uncomfortable, and I woke up with severe back pain.
The soundproofing was also poor: you could hear a lot of foot traffic in the corridors, suitcases being moved, and doors slamming.
11/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome and were treated like royalty.
The rooms are excellent, clean, and spacious.
We are delighted.

09/07/2026: Great welcome, pleasant staff. Loyal customer since 2018. That was before. Now, the staff is unpleasant. I went to buy a "sandwich, drink, pastry" meal deal at 7:30 am. Yes, I go early, but I start work early. The response was, "No, we don't make sandwiches in the morning." I said I just wanted a sandwich without raw vegetables, and strangely enough, that was okay, but I could only choose between chicken mayonnaise or chicken curry. Basically, I get chicken or nothing. And on top of that, I left without noticing the pastries—too late, I was at work. Yes, the bread, etc., is good, but the staff really needs to change. It's like we're bothering them. If it's inconvenient for them to work, they should quit. Other, more cheerful and friendly people would be happy to take their place. I'm disappointed.

10/06/2026: This bakery is a complete disaster. I ordered 20 baguettes for 11:30 am on a Sunday, and when they arrived at 11:50 am, they were back on sale. No more baguettes! I live in Neuville-en-Ferrain and I'll never set foot in that bakery again.

24/09/2026: So I know you "take reviews very seriously and blah blah blah," but your McDonald's is becoming completely ridiculous.
If you come after 9 PM, expect to receive your order at least 30 minutes after going through the kiosk, and during those 30 minutes, you'll be able to enjoy the fact that four orders are served and four customers return to the register because... well, something is bound to be missing or a bag will be mixed up.
You'll also be able to enjoy the fact that the staff on their break are served before the customers because they know how to put pressure on them to make it happen, and you'll also be able to listen to all the staff complaints and their love stories (apparently more important than doing their job).
Once you have your order in hand, check it immediately; something will definitely be missing!

18/06/2026: A lovely time on the terrace, near the pool, overlooking a large park. Soothing. The meat needs to be cooked properly. We were able to recharge the car at the parking lot charging station. We'll be back on our return trip :)!

22/09/2024: Toujours un plaisir d'y aller. Que ça soit pour le buffet de crudités, avec sa soupe toujours originale. Et bien évidemment le dessert, glace et ses différents assortiments.
On adore y aller avec mes filles, ça change des restaurants où les enfants mangent des frites.
