A huge thank you to the team at this McDonald's! It's clear they're understaffed and everyone's running around, but despite being short-handed, the staff are doing their best with a smile. The service remains attentive, orders are complete, and the work is done properly.

I've always had good experiences at this McDonald's. The staff is welcoming and does their best, but it's clear they're understaffed. Employees are running around trying to handle orders, which inevitably impacts wait times and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
Tonight in particular, the situation was really complicated: there was about an hour and a half delay on orders due to the staff shortage. Despite this, the team continued to take orders and serve customers with great courage. Frankly, I want to commend their work, because the problem isn't the employees but the lack of staff. I hope management takes this into account, because this team deserves better working conditions.

Despite a bit of a wait, I want to thank the entire team this evening. The manager really tried her best to handle the situation. I certainly wouldn't have done any better in her position. She remained attentive to our needs throughout the service and didn't hesitate to reorder when necessary. Thank you to her and the whole team for their professionalism and efforts despite the challenges.
