Between forgetting items in orders and not receiving the requested sauces Example: yesterday I ordered 2 deluxe sauces and 1 gold sauce, they gave me 3 deluxe sauces and I didn't get my gold sauce

I came in tonight for a takeaway order, and one ice cream and one cheeseburger were missing. When I went to complain, there was no apology; the woman serving me didn't believe me, she was incredibly rude. A smile must have been optional, and she offered no apology whatsoever! I won't be going back anytime soon!

After a long journey of almost 9 hours from Toulon, a McDonald's break was definitely in order. The prompt, professional, and incredibly warm welcome from Hélène at the drive-thru was a real treat after a long day! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, thank you, don't change a thing!!! :)

A pretty good experience overall, though occasionally bothered by the balloon pump which made a terrible noise 😅. There was a bit of a wait after placing the order, a little over 10 minutes. The order was complete, the 280 and the Chicago were barely lukewarm, the fries were perfect, straight from the fryer and piping hot—in short, delicious! The drink selection was limited, which is a shame. Clean and dry, though a few of the machines were out of order.

Very good, clean, the employees are friendly. But I'm a little angry because I placed an order at the kiosk for two people, and when I went to pay, I made a mistake (which can happen), so I changed my meal. However, the cashier added another meal, so the total, which should have been around €27, went up to €43. Since it was busy, I didn't really understand. Also, I didn't understand much on the receipt. So, for you, you made money, but for me, it wasn't the same. Furthermore, I told the cashier that they had charged me for an extra wrap, and she just said, "Oops, a mistake." But when I checked afterward, I saw an extra meal, so that's not great. In addition, we had ordered sauces, and there were none. They offered us sauces, we said yes, but there were none in them. Okay, I planned to eat at McDonald's to please my son, I want to please him but this was still expensive.

This McDonald’s is conveniently located near the Leonardo da Vinci House and Museum, just a 5-minute drive away. Since we couldn’t find any halal restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we decided to give this place a try. We ordered fish burgers with fries and a cola. The staff was respectful and attentive, and the service was excellent.

We spent close to 80€ on a meal for 4, and that included 4 drinks. Since we only got 2 straws, and my wife prefers to use a straw for her McCafe, she went up and asked for 1 more straw. The staff flatly refused her request. I understand if perhaps straws do not normally come with a McCafe beverage, but it would have been a very easy gesture to grant the request, especially with a fairly large order. The unwillingness of the staff to perform such a very small kindness is telling. Otherwise, the food was reasonably good, the wait time was acceptable, everything else was decent. I would not return here. It is easy to find better food for less money nearby.
