McDonald's sur Coquelles

Cozy, calm atmosphere, fast service and very friendly staff. We will gladly return!

This is my second time at this McDonald's, and I've never experienced such exceptional service. The staff is smiling, polite, and incredibly helpful. We were greeted by Laurent (who wears an apron that says "Laurent at your service"). He's a person overflowing with positive energy and kindness. Between the "Good morning, sir/madam," "Enjoy your meal," "Have a good weekend," and "Thank you for choosing us," we truly felt welcome. The staff even came to our table during the meal to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I've never seen anything like it at this chain! If one restaurant in the chain were to serve as a model, it would undoubtedly be the McDonald's in Coquelles/Cité de l'Europe. In addition to this incredible service, the cleanliness is impeccable: the tables are cleaned regularly (even during peak hours), and the trash and dishwashing bins are constantly emptied to prevent any overflow. A huge congratulations to Laurent and the whole team! We will gladly return.
