09/04/2026: Service by Gabriella today was unprofessional. We've been coming for two years and I've never experienced service like this in the store… no greeting, very rushed and unpleasant service. We took a small bag for our order, it was just thrown on the counter, and we had to put our order away ourselves. They forgot the dessert, and I got a cold, raw croque monsieur – truly awful. I won't be back. For over €20, the set menus are beyond unacceptable…

09/04/2026: For our UK visitors this is a Greggs but nicer, not the cleanest easting area in the world but great if you have kids and need to all eat cheaply and rest for a while before you get on a boat, which we did twice. Generally non English speaking.

12/04/2026: Very friendly place, great staff, good beer and great music. I recommend this establishment; the decor has a pub atmosphere.

11/04/2026: The food isn't exceptional, but it's fine for a quick and efficient meal. The pub atmosphere and service are of a higher standard.

05/04/2026: Hello, I am writing following up on my visit to the restaurant today, April 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The restaurant is not recommended. It lacks professionalism and respect towards customers who come to order a meal. I regret to say that they have no right to speak ill of customers behind their backs and insult them after they ask a question respectfully. Of course, there was no one else there at 11:30 AM, so I believe my questions should not have bothered them, especially since I was being very respectful. The staff criticized me behind my back, which is completely unacceptable. If there had been a problem with me, the honesty would have been to tell me directly, not to criticize me behind my back to other customers and colleagues. I do not recommend this restaurant. They have a complete lack of respect for their customers. If customers tire them out, they shouldn't work in the restaurant industry but should stay home. We are not animals. Politeness at McDonald's seriously needs improvement.

28/02/2026: We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of this restaurant. Special mention to Laurent for his welcome, service, and availability.

09/04/2026: Lunch with colleagues. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. The salads are good, and so is the daily special.

31/03/2026: Two stars, overall. I ordered a waffle, a beer, and a tea. I got my beer; it's hard to go wrong with a draft beer, so it was good. The waffle, warmed in the microwave, topped with powdered sugar and served with Nutella, was okay. The tea arrived, and my partner noticed that her tea bag had a hole in the side. Okay, we figured it happens… I looked at the packaging of the tea bag, and it had been chewed (probably by a mouse or a rat, who knows…). I called over the bartender, telling him about our little mishap. He barely offered a half-hearted apology, looking surprised, but we did get another cup of tea. All of this would have been a little easier to swallow with more affordable prices… Indeed, at €7.20 for a waffle, €4.70 for a tea (hot water and one tea bag), and €6 for a 33cl draft beer, one would have expected quality products or at least service. There you have it. I certainly don't intend to write a scathing review; let's hope the customer experience is better for others. Respectfully.

23/03/2026: A very wide selection at the buffet. They replenish it frequently to keep everyone happy! Unlimited appetizers, main courses, desserts, and coffee and tea. There's even a chocolate fountain, ice cream, and candy! The price is more than reasonable for the selection! The restrooms are spotless! Which is rare in a restaurant. The staff is very professional. We'll be back!

21/03/2026: The dishes are beautifully presented. The dishes without sauce are a bit bland and tasteless.

20/03/2026: The friendliness of the lady who served us didn't make us want to come back, which is a shame.

18/03/2026: We decided to try the waffle fries with our sandwich, but to our dismay, they were nothing like what we were promised and, what's more, inedible! They were incredibly soggy and tasted awful. Perhaps the most worrying thing is that when I went to the counter to politely point out that there might have been a problem, I was told that, yes, that's how it was served and that I would never get it crispier! 😲😲 Do people at Subway actually test the products before subjecting their customers to this? I'll try another Subway to see if it's really served like that, or if I was just given the runaround. Reply to the Owner: No, I wasn't offered to remake my wafers; I asked, and I was told they could never be crispy because they are not fried, but only baked.
