Be careful with the preparers of missing items, there were several of us who had this problem.
I'm passing through and I usually go to Mc Donald in Épinal (88).
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service and the politeness of the staff. Finally a McDonald's where it's good to go and frankly those from Épinal should review their copy because it's sorely lacking in everything there.
Efficient service, pleasant staff available to clear things out etc. We came back from Charente Maritime from vacation!!

Very good experience, which is rare in fast food restaurants! When ordering at the terminal, a very friendly lady greets us with a smile and seeing that we are with a little girl offers us a high chair and a disposable bib (she will even bring us two balloons for each of our daughters! Both won over :)). Our trays arrive super quickly, served by another very nice lady, everything is impeccable! I recommend this McDonald’s where the service is fast and impeccable and above all warm!
Impeccable service, order complete, arrived quickly and at the right temperature. The tables are unfortunately not cleaned.
No trash cans or sorting of waste and dishes, trolleys to place complete trays are available.
Mixed toilets, neither clean nor dirty.
