The cleanliness isn't great. I admired the nice lady from the cleaning service and everything she does. It's a general problem. You can smell the toilet in the entrance, and standing at the first order machine is awful. Those machine surfaces are practically never cleaned. They're disgusting. The outdoor area, well... shabby and dirty.

Pleasantly surprised tonight at 10:30 PM to find a lovely young man named Karim who was very friendly. Twenty years at McDonald's and my first "Hello, welcome to McDonald's." It's not an easy job, so it's nice to be greeted like that after a long day at work.

This McDonald's has fast and efficient service. The hygiene is excellent. I haven't noticed any mistakes in my recent orders. The servers are fantastic, especially Karim!

I only got one steak in my McExtreme. I was disgusted when I opened it at home. I paid full price for nothing. And it's not the first time they've forgotten something, but this was the last straw.

06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.
25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.
