Their new procedure forbids you from letting the dessert melt while you eat... They give you a small bowl, take it back to prepare the dessert, and then give you the small bowl back. They're not exactly known for their efficiency... It's a clear violation of HACCP rules.

Having tried other McDonald's, this one is the best in terms of quality and wait time. The staff is quick, efficient, and friendly. Thanks again for the generous caramel sundae (Maxime) I highly recommend it!

My daughter's birthday party, hosted by Heaven, was a fantastic time. Heaven was a wonderful entertainer, very attentive to the children who laughed and laughed all afternoon. We have some great memories to share at this restaurant, and I have the photos to prove it. The center of the restaurant was reserved for them; it was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly. Thank you to the restaurant team; I highly recommend it if you want your children to have a great time with their friends.

06/06/2026: The hotel is very well located, which is undoubtedly its main advantage and makes getting around easy. However, the rooms are very basic and, in my opinion, do not meet the expected standard of a 3-star hotel. Breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection is limited, especially for bread, with only baguettes and rusks. Offering Laughing Cow cheese lacks variety and quality for an establishment of this category. Finally, the staff is friendly and pleasant, but sometimes lacks energy. Overall, the location is a real strength, but several aspects could be improved to live up to a 3-star rating.
25/05/2026: Nice hotel, but the room... construction work wasn't finished around the front door. Good breakfast. Very pleasant setting and in the city center.

16/05/2026: Perhaps a little expensive for comparable quality in other establishments in Draguignan, but this café has the advantage of being open every day and having a lovely sunny terrace; which makes up for it!
08/05/2026: We come here quite often for a drink during the day or in the evening, it has a pleasant atmosphere.
