Lack of organization, long wait. I received my order after 20 minutes, not counting the time wasted because they misplaced our drinks. When we finally received our drinks, I double-checked our order: we were still missing one drink. We ordered ice cream, but it melted. I find it regrettable that so much time was wasted due to the team's lack of organization.

We were very well received when taking our drive-thru order. The attendant even offered us a glass of cold water, which was a welcome relief in the heat. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, unlike most McDonald's we've been to. Our order was complete without any problems, including a straw, sauce, and napkins.

I would like to thank the manager for his excellent responsiveness and professionalism. Despite our group of 50 people, the organization was perfectly managed.
