The staff are super nice and cool, but the customer is very difficult. I really feel for the employees who have to deal with this whole department.

Visiting the restaurant while charging my electric vehicle, I noticed three gasoline-powered vehicles in the four charging spaces… It would be much appreciated if parking were restricted to electric vehicles charging only. I had a meal while my car was charging; the food was fine, but where are your reusable dishes? My drink was served in a cardboard cup… that's a real shame.

09/02/2026: I tried to order click and collect to take advantage of the special offers, but it didn't work, and obviously, drive-thru pickup wasn't an option. I ordered two Big Tasty sandwiches with extra bacon, which I paid for, of course, and there wasn't a trace of bacon in either sandwich. One, why not, but forgetting it in both is unacceptable. I ordered drinks without ice, but they received them with ice.
05/01/2026: Coffee without sugar, Happy Meal, but pleasant staff
