A huge thank you to the team at McDonald's Dreux in Les Coralines. Despite a hectic service, they remained courteous and efficient. A very positive attitude. And I would especially like to thank Noémie, the manager, who was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

We came for lunch today; it was extremely busy, and we especially want to thank Noémie, who served everyone with a big smile and exceptional kindness. Frankly, we've never seen such professionalism and courtesy. She deserves a bonus because, beyond simply doing her job, she did it with extreme gentleness, a smile, and kindness, even though the restaurant was packed.

Okay for a McDonald's, however the toilets need a thorough cleaning... cobwebs in the corners, toilet bowls needing a good wash.......

Fixed. The faulty terminals took too long.

Meets expectations for a stopover with puppies/cubs along our holiday route. Major drawback: no washable dishes were provided, a complete violation of the law and a clear lack of respect for the environment. If the manager reads this, I urge them to contact me to commit to and demonstrate changes before I contact McDonald's France and the consumer protection agency. For the record, thank you for everything else; your staff is great.

It's still ridiculous to order two meals and pay extra for the caramel and chocolate on the Fleury macs.

Everything is spotless, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. There are cobwebs under the tables and on the ceiling, and a smell of stale urine in the toilets, even though they look clean.

We were worried after reading the reviews, but everything went well. We were served very quickly, the burger was hot, and there were no problems with our order. The cashiers were friendly!

McDonald's

13/08/2026: I stopped by at 5:15 PM to charge my car and received a very warm welcome: the dining area was relatively clean and the waitress was very friendly. She single-handedly handled orders, payments, and table service, all without air conditioning. You can commend her for her hard work! The only downside was the restrooms, which could have been a bit cleaner. As another reviewer pointed out, it's the customers who are sometimes awful... I experienced this firsthand during the 20 minutes I was there. I don't know if this is a common problem in Laval, but it's definitely a problem... 😅
07/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic! That's rare.
