I tried to order click and collect to take advantage of the special offers, but it didn't work, and obviously, drive-thru pickup wasn't an option. I ordered two Big Tasty sandwiches with extra bacon, which I paid for, of course, and there wasn't a trace of bacon in either sandwich. One, why not, but forgetting it in both is unacceptable. I ordered drinks without ice, but they received them with ice.

Service was very slow, when the food finally arrived the chips were not very warm, the toilets were not particularly clean, the floor in the main restaurant was not clean with bits of paper all over. Sorry if it's a bit brutal but I have been honest with my observations.

We were well served despite the crowds. The atmosphere was a bit stressful. Perhaps that explains why there was no more soap in the restrooms? McDonald's isn't what it used to be.

16/04/2026: The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?
12/03/2026: The staff are super nice and cool, but the customer is very difficult. I really feel for the employees who have to deal with this whole department.
