I stopped by at 5:15 PM to charge my car and received a very warm welcome: the dining area was relatively clean and the waitress was very friendly. She single-handedly handled orders, payments, and table service, all without air conditioning. You can commend her for her hard work! The only downside was the restrooms, which could have been a bit cleaner. As another reviewer pointed out, it's the customers who are sometimes awful... I experienced this firsthand during the 20 minutes I was there. I don't know if this is a common problem in Laval, but it's definitely a problem... 😅

The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?

31/08/2026: We came for lunch today; it was extremely busy, and we especially want to thank Noémie, who served everyone with a big smile and exceptional kindness. Frankly, we've never seen such professionalism and courtesy. She deserves a bonus because, beyond simply doing her job, she did it with extreme gentleness, a smile, and kindness, even though the restaurant was packed.
31/08/2026: A huge thank you to the team at McDonald's Dreux in Les Coralines. Despite a hectic service, they remained courteous and efficient. A very positive attitude. And I would especially like to thank Noémie, the manager, who was exceptional. I highly recommend them.
