Despite my good ratings, I'm disappointed that the self-service kiosks haven't been working for several weeks. I can no longer collect my points, and after three uses, I'm not earning any more. I reported it, and they're aware of it, but no one has contacted me as promised, and to this day, I'm still losing loyalty points! This forces me to stop trusting them and will definitely go to other fast-food restaurants!

Mixed review We only come once a week, to treat our little one. It's not always clean (the toilets too). The tables aren't always cleaned, except today, oddly enough, the owner must have been there... Sometimes the food is served cold, like today, even the new items are cold. There's always something missing from the drive-thru, and we stopped ordering Uber Eats because of the missing items, the drinks spilled on the food, and McDonald's not offering refunds.

11/03/2026: Excellent, everything you'd expect from a Burger King! (Much better than the McDonald's in Illkirch, if you ask me.) Perfect for grabbing a bite with friends! I was even able to exchange my t-shirt for a better size!
