McDonald's sur Tours

The food and service were spectacular, like all the McDonald's I've been to. However, this one has a problem: tons of flies. Perhaps it was just my bad luck, but the truth is, the night I ate there, there were so many of those insects, making the experience quite unpleasant.

I was served on time, but unfortunately the sauce was missing, hence the one-star deduction.

Needs work. Bathroom tap water is always scolding hot. The ac is weak as main entry doors are left open. In general it is not well organised and clean.

The portions have been reduced again, which is a shame; the sundae served would have been perfect for a gourmet coffee given the size.

Monthly outing with my 5-year-old daughter to the McDonald's near the train station on May 20, 2026. As with every visit, we were served quickly, everything was hot, nothing was missing, and the sauces and napkins were all there. My daughter then went to hand in her receipt for the ice cream from her meal. She came back with her arms full of gifts, beaming from ear to ear: balloons, crayons, origami, etc. For you, it might not seem like much, but for her, it was like Christmas. I would therefore like to commend and thank the young woman who took this wonderful personal initiative. This kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference between a simple employee and a true master of customer relations on the front line. It's people like her who help a brand evolve and allow it to remain popular and competitive. This deserves recognition. I would therefore ask you to pass on my thanks and a bonus to her.

The only thing to point out is the presence of people who drink, go to the toilet in McDonald's and make a mess.
