McDonald's sur Villeneuve-D'Ascq

I came to this McDonald's yesterday at lunchtime and I wanted to highlight the significant improvement in customer service. I hadn't been for a while because of the often excessively long wait, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by the positive evolution of the service. The welcome was warm, and the staff was smiling and efficient despite the lunchtime rush. A big thank you to the manager who was there, very professional and attentive to customers, who managed the service with organization and good humor. A small touch that really made a difference: my two children were given candy, which they're still talking about today! This kind of gesture shows a true sense of service and customer relations. Quick order, clean restaurant, and really pleasant staff—it's a pleasure to see such a dedicated team. I'll definitely be back!
