Orders are often incorrect or omitted. The burgers and wraps are poorly assembled, with far too much sauce that ruins the product. Only go there if you have no other McDonald's nearby.

There was a long wait at the entrance because only 3 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working, and no one came to take orders directly to avoid congestion. It was right at lunchtime, which was really frustrating – we barely had time to eat!

The best McDonald's in the north for me! Very friendly staff! Hot fries, perfectly salted! Hot burger! The place is clean! Honestly, having been to almost every McDonald's, this one is the best by far!!!

An exemplary McDonald's! The McDonald's in Villeneuve-d'Ascq is impeccably clean, which is truly worth highlighting. The floral decorations add a pleasant and elegant touch, which is very much appreciated. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Frankly, it's a welcome change from some McDonald's in the Paris region… The difference is striking! The chain really should take these quality discrepancies into account. Well done to the whole team for this beautiful McDonald's!

11/05/2026: Always a warm welcome at this KFC, unlike the one in Lezennes. I go there both as a customer and as a delivery driver to pick up Uber Eats orders, and I've never had any problems or conflicts with them. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait when they're short-staffed, but other than that, nothing to report! Please, no more fast food like this! 🙏

19/05/2026: Order error, coffee delivered too early, no sugar, order mistake. A woman asked a question and couldn't answer, but she remained very polite. I think they're very busy, so it's complicated, but despite that, they were kind and smiling.
18/05/2026: A very nice establishment, well-maintained, clean, and pleasant.
