McDonald's sur Gap

If you're used to McDonald's in North Rhine-Westphalia, you'll be pleasantly surprised here. So, McDonald's can actually be run and operated by "normal" people. The employees were friendly, focused, and efficient. And everyone was wearing hairnets. We haven't seen that since the 80s, I think. The restaurant was very clean. Our order was ready quickly. We're completely unaccustomed to both of those things in the Ruhr area. The clientele, mostly students and families with children, was quite lively. Price comparison: Hamburger here €2.95 (currently €2.50 in Germany), Cheeseburger here €3.70 (currently €2.75 in Germany), Large Fries €3.90. And the hamburgers seemed smaller than in Germany.

Very clean inside... the tables outside were filthy. Very welcoming. Staff attentive to customers.

I just stopped by to grab a snack. My order was taken by a very welcoming, cheerful young man... and above all, a very good salesman 😄. And yes, he managed to get me to buy a drink in 30 seconds, even though I hadn't planned on it at all. If I owned a business, Hamad is the one I'd hire 👍. Best of luck!

The drive-thru staff were very welcoming and kind. I came on foot with friends with a cut knee, and they helped me disinfect it... thank you to them! 🫶🏻

The parking lot is ridiculously small! Never any space

I find it unacceptable that management allows people to smoke outside on the tables in front of the children's play area... I believe there's a law about that!

Perfect welcome, super friendly staff, incredible price

After a hectic evening spent dealing with problems and having difficulty walking for hours, a friend and I, thirsty and exhausted (especially since I have a small bladder), went to this McDonald's to ask if we could use their restroom and get two glasses of water. Since we didn't have any money, the employees were very kind to us, especially one woman who very kindly offered us two large glasses of very cold water and wished us a good evening. I highly recommend it, and don't hesitate to be as kind as they were. Bye, kisses, and happy McDonald's!

A visit to McDonald's in early August. I don't want to talk about the food because everyone knows McDonald's! However, it's one of the rare times I've been to a McDonald's where every staff member I meet says hello (with a smile), where when you go to the self-service counter, someone sees you and comes over immediately, and the service is fast—hence the name "fast food"! It's nice to see that in an international chain, there are still people who enjoy their work and welcoming customers with a smile. This was true for everyone from the employees to the managers.

I've eaten there before, it was excellent. At 10:30 pm, after not having drunk anything for hours with a friend, we were able to get free water with great kindness, excellent service, and friendliness!
