The manager is disrespectful, with a clear lack of communication and repeated oversights, which seem to be systematically blamed on us. It's essential to maintain proper and respectful behavior towards customers. We are here to trust and support you, so it's important that you treat us with respect.

Hello, we visited around 2:30 PM on August 15, 2026. We were served pleasantly by a polite and smiling young man. However, while we were eating, an older gentleman, clearly a foreigner who didn't speak French well, went to the counter and asked to place an order. He was curtly told to go to the self-service kiosk. The gentleman managed to say he didn't know how. He was looked at with a mocking expression and had to grovel before his order was finally taken, and then taken in an unacceptablely humiliating tone. A staff member approached the man and said, "You were a bit much, weren't you?" The man replied with a broad smile, "We don't have time." There was no one at the counter behind this gentleman. The man in question was a young redhead wearing a light blue, short-sleeved shirt. I hope he grows old and finds himself humiliated in the same way! Perhaps he will lose his smug air?

The burgers were very good and piping hot; this time the fries were also piping hot. The service at the drive-thru was friendly and quick.

I don't understand the negative reviews from other customers; for a McDonald's, I think it's by far one of the best I've ever been to. The service was incredibly fast. For me and my kids, especially during peak hours, we were served in under 8 minutes. The employee was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is excellent, from the music to the McDonald's staff. I highly recommend it! 🫶🏻
