This is unacceptable. I paid for a Happy Meal, which includes the €0.72 toy that we're obligated to take, and they forgot to include it in my order. We're obligated to pay for it at the very least, so please add it!

The staff is great, the food is on par with other McDonald's, no complaints there. The only downside: the place is sometimes frequented by noisy people who shout and play tag.
