I don't know who to ask. To the staff of Marcdonad

I've had the opportunity to eat at this McDonald's twice: The first time, I ate in: I was taken up to the second floor to order, and after placing my order, I had to wait a good twenty minutes before receiving it. A student was working in the area and spent the entire time on his phone before serving me. The food was still hot, so I can't complain about the wait, but I think an employee who sees that your table has been cleaned beforehand could at least do it properly. Second time, I went to takeout: the photos are of my order. I was frankly disappointed. The fries weren't up to par, and the portion was minimal. I paid for a drink that was only three-quarters full because I asked for it without ice. And look at the Big Mac I received! Despite everything, it's still an option, and in terms of taste, it was standard fare, but the various shortcomings in service and portion size left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food is very good. However, I was shocked to see the security guard ask several young people (who were simply sitting quietly) to leave. I didn't know they kicked people out like that at McDonald's? I've never seen anything like it.

I just went to pick up an order and the dessert is missing 😭😭😭 Unfortunately, I can't check right away.

My opinion is rather mixed. Sometimes everything goes very smoothly, however, in certain situations, the organization can be complicated. On two occasions, access to the restaurant was refused by the security guard even though a long queue had formed and the wait had already been going on for some time. The reasons were unclear, which can be frustrating. I hope these situations can be better explained or anticipated in the future.

The service was very quick and the staff friendly. I was served in no time! However, the fries arrived cold. Apart from that, no complaints, everything was perfect.

Everything is wonderful even if it's my first time between maxi best of 7€50 free pistachio ice cream and little pleasures not flesh all you have except the elevator if the owner of the McDo sees my message possible to solve the problem the button floor 1 is completely destroyed otherwise everything is wonderful and makes me want to come back even if it's my first time I thank you infinitely
